Artist statement and contact
Halfdan Kajhøj is an artist, instrument builder, and musician. He is currently studying at Funen Art Academy and is based in Copenhagen, but rotates between Helsingør, Næstved, and Odense. His practice is characterized by a very in-depth, geeky, and multidisciplinary approach that weaves together different concepts. These concepts are often on the outer pole of what’s associated with being extremely online and offline at the same time. His works are characterized by a interest in the intersection between the greater translation of digital media in the physical realm.
